We are proud to be an Armed Forces-friendly organisation by pledging our support to the Armed Forces Covenant.
To those who proudly protect our nation, the Armed Forces Covenant is the nation’s commitment to them.
All the team at Redline recognise the value serving personnel, veterans and military families contribute to our business and community. Not only are we a passionate supporter of the armed forces but an ardent recruiter of ex-military personnel, whose experience and skills are highly valued within our company and industry.
It is a pledge to acknowledge and understand that those who serve or have served in the armed forces, and their families, should be treated with fairness and respect in the communities, economy and society they serve.
The covenant focuses on helping members of the armed forces community have the same access to government and commercial services and products as any other citizen.
This support is provided in several areas, including:
Further information on the covenant, as well as information on jobs, pensions, and the full promise, can be found on the Armed Forces Covenant website.
We seek to uphold the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant, recognising the value serving personnel, reservists, veterans and military families bring to our business and to our country, as well as endeavouring in our business dealings that no member of the armed forces community should face a disadvantage in the provision of public and commercial services compared to any other citizen. In some circumstances, special treatment may be appropriate, especially for the injured or bereaved.
