Course Overview

This highly interactive workshop is designed to provide your staff with the capability to impart their knowledge and skills to others in a structured and efficient manner, whether through classroom instruction, On-the-Job Training (OJT) or mentoring. 

This workshop combines the development of knowledge with practical application, building towards the delivery of a training module through formal classroom instruction.
