X-ray Awareness Training

Course Overview

This course follows a core programme to ensure your staff are able to operate an X-ray effectively, whether 2D or 3D CT, to detect items that are prohibited or a threat to your business, such as Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs), Improvised Incendiary Devices (IIDs) or firearms and ammunition.

Course Content 

This course contains the following core modules:

• Recognition of Firearms and Explosives
• Theory of X-ray
• Threat Image Recognition

 Note: The focus of this course can be adapted to suit your specific needs and requirements.

Course Format

The X-ray Awareness Training course will be delivered using a combination of classroom instruction, discussions, exercises and practical-based training.
